About the Awards

We created Connectr Awards in 2024 as a way to give back to the hardworking teams and their advocate volunteers using our technology to transform their hiring. Now it's a major highlight of the year for all our customers.

Founded in 2024

This year will be our third ever Connectr Awards. We are super proud of how it's grown in just 3 years.

Who's it for?

Any team using Connectr technology is eligible. No matter how you use it, we want to hear what you've built.

Nomination FAQs

You can find the full event and nomination FAQs below. Please read the submission guide before making a nomination.

Any team currently using Connectr is eligible to enter or nominate. If you've used Connectr this past year, we want to hear your story.

All Connectr customers are invited, alongside any nominated individuals such as Advocates or Mentors. We do have a capacity limit so if you'd like to bring extra guests or team members, please contact yasmin@connectr.com.

A panel of 3 independent industry judges reviews all nominations alongside Talia King (Managing Director, Connectr). Judges assess nominations against the criteria for that award. We're looking for real impact, great stories and innovation in the talent space.

Nominations open on 1st July 2026 and close on 16th October 2026. Winners are announced at the awards ceremony on 12th November 2026. Keep an eye on your inbox — we'll send a reminder before the deadline.

For team categories, yes — self-nomination is the only way to enter. Your Customer Success Manager may suggest some good categories for you. For individual categories (Advocate, Mentor and Platform Manager), nominations need to come from someone else in the organisation — usually the core team owning Connectr in the business. If you know someone deserving, put their name forward. To be clear: Advocates, Mentors and Platform Managers cannot nominate themselves. If you're an individual hoping to be entered, please contact the team behind your platform.

Each team can submit one nomination per category, so there's no limit on how many categories you enter — just one entry per category to keep things fair and give everyone a chance to take part.

We can only have 5 finalists per category. If a category gets oversubscribed it will go through a shortlisting round before finalists are announced and final judging begins.

Yes. Use whatever tools help you tell your story best. A few things worth keeping in mind though:

  • Keep it accurate. AI tools can hallucinate or fill gaps with placeholders — make sure any figures, outcomes, or details you include are ones you can stand behind.
  • Keep it yours. The judges want to understand what your team actually did and the difference it made. A nomination that sounds generic won't stand out as well as one that reflects your real experience.
  • Check it reads like you. The best nominations have a human voice behind them. Use AI to help structure or check your draft against criteria — don't let it replace your narrative.

The ceremony is in person and it's the highlight of our year — we'd love to see you there. All nominees (regardless of being a finalist or not) are invited. If you can't make it and you win, we'll make sure someone accepts your trophy and arrange for it to be sent to you.
