We’ll do the setup and check in every week to make sure you’re happy with all aspects of configuration. We’ll also run training sessions with your team to set you up for success.
We’ll help you produce a go-live plan that includes onboarding new users, training your mentors and advice on marketing and communication.
We won’t disappear once you’re set up. You'll be allocated a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure you're getting a return on your investment throughout your subscription.
