RPC and Connectr’s partnership delivers student mentoring success

In the first of our new partner spotlights, we’re delighted to showcase the impact we’re delivering with top 50 law firm, RPC. Leveraging Connectr’s platform, RPC is providing students with learning support and mentoring to inspire and enable their first steps into a career in Law.

RPC initially partnered with Connectr in 2021 to deliver its internship programme and online virtual work experience for school-aged students.

Following our success over the last 12 months, RPC will deliver their virtual experience programme through Connectr to provide students in Years 11 to 13 with access to learning content fully branded to RPC.

The importance of role models

Students will also have access to a suite of more than 20 existing RPC employees who will provide light-touch mentor support, answer their questions, give meaningful insight around career routes within Law, and act as role models so students can envisage their future career.

The mentors will be a mixture of senior team members and recent graduates who will share their experiences of joining the firm.

Connectr’s award-winning mentoring technology enables our partners to break down the barriers candidates face to entering their chosen professions, particularly those from underrepresented groups.

By blending always-on, engaging learning content with mentoring ‘in the moment of need’, talent from all backgrounds is inspired and empowered to take their next steps and succeed.
