Flexible working is a term that refers to a way of working that suits an employee’s specific needs. This may mean that they are able to adjust their start and finish times to fit in with School drop-off, or personal appointments or it could mean that they are allowed to choose where they work from, be that an office, a coworking space or their home.

Flexible working has become more prominent since the pandemic, with many organisations now allowing their employees the flexibility to work from home full or part of the time.
