Through Connectr’s mentoring technology, Cognizant will engage and upskill a diverse graduate talent pipeline through agile learning and driving a sense of belonging for all.

Here’s what Vanessa Soames, Early Talent Director at Cognizant said about this exciting new project: “Cognizant is delighted to have partnered with Connectr for the launch of our new graduate programme and to support our Outreach Initiatives. Connectr allows our target audience to have a true insight into the role by having the modules to work through and access to mentors.
